　　It consists of three main parts:the driving part,the transmission part,and the working part.

　　Drive part:It is driven by a high-performance three-phase asynchronous motor.

　　Transmission part:It consists of two high-precision synchronous gears(driving gear and driven gear).The transmission gears are lubricated with oil immersion,and a forced lubrication oil pump is provided to forcibly lubricate the bearings,greatly enhancing their service life.

　　Working part:A sealed pump chamber is formed by the pump cover and pump housing.Inside the pump chamber,a pair of parallel male and female rotors mesh with each other and are suspended within the sealed pump chamber through bearings at both ends.Tiny gaps are left between the tooth surfaces of the male and female rotors,as well as between the rotors and the pump chamber.The rotors rotate within the pump chamber without any friction and do not require lubrication.The two ends of the rotor shaft are equipped with specially customized combined seals,which ensure no leakage under various harsh processes.This improves production safety and greatly extends the service life of the bearings and seals.
